Title: Workers and backpacks?
Post by: Biscute on April 30, 2007, 10:36:30 pm
Im thinking of taking on another person to use a WFP backpack system to help out on the round. But from past exspirience of morons and lazy moaning twits, i was woundering do i need somthink to cover my back if they start playing up and complaining about theirs. As i know that some people out ther would love a golden ticketed chance to say there back has gone and sit around doing nothink for the next few years and i dont want it to be at my exspence.

All info greatly welcome Keith

Give them a sack truck with it so there's no real lifting.

Think everyone jumps on this bad back thing.. I know a few people by me who have had time off with a bad back.

One of them fitted some decking up whilst they were off and the other one i can think of was down the pub most days.

Hi m8t

Give them the necessary training and then make them sign to say that they've received it.  Or get them to use the trolly.
