Hi All,
Tonight I have put a new RO membrane in my 100gpd RO Man RO unit.
However after flushing well and leaving to run to drain the TDS out won't go below 19! With a new membrane I usually get 2.
Anyone had a simular problem and know what to do?
Thanks

David,
when I upgraded from a 100 to 200 gpd my second membrane was giving a higher reading than the first, I contacted ROman who suggested I remove the membrane and reseat it just in case it wasn't quite "in". This then lowered the reading from the second membrane, maybe try this to see if it helps ;)

John,
Thaks for your reply. I tried that - still the same - contacted Cleantech today and Mike thinks there may be a hairline crack in the caseing ??? Going to get another caseing and see if that works - if not - must be the membrane :(
