Title: FACELIFT BRUSH TOO HEAVY
Post by: SHINING EXAMPLE on April 29, 2007, 10:56:56 am: 44ft carbon facelift arrived a couple of days ago. Not used it yet, but just know the brush is way too big and heavy. Makes pole seriously bendy. Just wondered if any of you guys know of a compatible and much lighter brush and possibly gooseneck?

Post by: sair on April 29, 2007, 02:09:16 pm: i normally offer what ever brush people would like on the end of the face lift i change the connections and put on a ligthter gooseneck and then u can use which ever brush you would like

Post by: macmac on April 29, 2007, 09:14:31 pm: I love the facelift brush for commercial, tis too big for most domestic though. I got the thread adaptor from cleantech for 6 quid & use rectangular vikan with angle adaptor for domestic.

telescopic yes, but removable sections, pipe inside.

i have 24 foot in stock and 34 foot in stock and 1 44 left in stock all in carbon fiber, i am still awaiting the 24 glass fiber

currently have a range over over 180 poles in stock anther 150 or so by the end of month

hope fully offering a wide range of choice to every one

They are said to be coming out with a couple new brushes and goosenecks soon to address those who feel these brushes are too heavy.

Rang 'essentially pure' today, but nobody there. Will try again.
First use of pole today. Awesome as a 24 footer!
Got mine from facelift themselves. Still had to wait three weeks though! And still had to pay £934.00!!

Post by: macmac on April 30, 2007, 08:57:47 pm: I know the pole is expensive, i pondered over buying mine for quite some time, but to be totaly honest i'm so glad i bought it. it's the best investment i've made in wfp equipment & after nearly 6 months it's paid for itself for me & i've had no problems with it at all & it gets some proper hammer too. I can do more jobs with old brittle glass now that i would never have attemted with a glass pole for fear of breaking the glass (which i've done) + its just so much easier & quicker to use compared to my old glass pole. :D
