Title: INTERVIEWING FOR STAFF

Hi All

I am in the process of interviewing for two new staff, and am wondering if any one has got a questions to ask at interview stage.  I have obviously put some together for myself but always feel that I have missed something out, so if any of you have a questions sheet they would be willing post on here or send me direct I would be very grateful.

I usually arrange to meet and interview people in their own homes, it will give you a good idea of weather their are able to clean and what sort of person they are  ;
