I've been thinking on this for a while now , that is a regular clean for the cons roof along with the normal w/clean at a reduced price instead of the increased cost of a yearly clean
Now I took on a new customer this week who was keen to have the roof cleaned regularly (by this he meant every other time (6 monthly)) now I offered him a reg window clean @ £34 - large house and cons side windows every 12 wks , this house only has a small cons quite out of place for the size of the house Teak Upvc frames , Poly roof panels for which my absolute min price would be £40, then this got me thinking its not that green if at all so I offered him the option of the roof done with all the rest every time for a small cost of £6 , now this doesn't seem very much at all but over a year that's another £24 over what i would normally get and maybe after the initial clean wont take me more that 10 Min's to clean up
This ATM seems like a novel idea, it may prove me wrong but we'll see, the cost may have to be reassessed over time though
What are your thoughts

i do a fair few every clean and a few everyother clean
seems the salesman are pushing glass roofs, so it makes sence
-
hi Chris that seems a good idea but i would definately go higher on price say like £9-10 instead of £6 this way you will only fall shortby a couple of quid over the course of the year.
just a thought..

we offer a regular con roof clean and normally charge 60% less after the first time it's cleaned on the basis they have it done at least every 4 months
We also offer a full con valet (in's & out's) all winodws and frames but we do charge very high for this starting at £90

I was thinking along the lines of how many times people have said "oh yes we'll have to roof done regular every ##wks/months" then 2/3 years go by and its green as poo and you need a really good price to compensate for the state of it and they then say"HOW MUCH oh leave it and we'll think on it" of course you never get to clean it again because the price is defo not right :P

a r window clean how do you go about cleaning con roofs inside ? ie steps or poles ?? thanks marc

steps mate with a either a spray bottle full of screen wash or if nothing belown applicator and squeegee it might be hard work but we do charge good prices

I do a conservatory roof clean every month priced at 15 quid (for the roof).
I find it a pain in the ass, but the whole job's work 48 quid and it takes about 70 minutes; nice customer too.

like i have just said in the another topic, i just can not be doing with them, awkward pain in the butts, no more for me!

I cleaned this new house today the chap said they had last been cleaned about a year ago, now for wfp 1st clean upvc inc the cons roof it took me 1hr 10mins and 20 mins of that was the roof alone
As you can see its not really very big at all, the front of the house has 4 upstairs windows and 4 downstairs plus 2 doors (half glazed)
I think not bad for £40 next time i'm sure it will be a lot quicker

I do a few ever time, now summer is nearly here those lovely little house martins make me some good money,
I'm often asked to remove the nests :o
I always refuse, but if they insist, I say I will remove it but only after the nesting season. ''do they think I'm stupid or what''?

For what you are all charging to clean the cons, my customers would want one built for that price.
