I have just taken on my first big contract for a national firm and am just about to do my first risk assessment (up until now its just been small firms that were not very hot on all that paper work)
so I saw the client today and told him I would come tomorrow to carry out a risk assessment.
to which he replies "yes that would be good our health and safety inspector is here tomorrow you can do it with him"
I was nervous already, now i`m bloody cra**ing myself.
I been swatting up loads on the hse website and i`m booked on a course but thats not till june, i`m pretty confident that I know what i`m doing but I would rather gone and done it without a inspector looking over my shoulder.
