My emial is playing up so cant get the emails you send out about order progress and I just wanted to know when I should rec my order for gooseneck etc ordered Yest

It would be of great help in tracking your order if we could have the name in which you placed the order.  If you are who Kirsty thinks you are, it went out yesterday/today.

Email me with the name on your order and I will confirm this for you.

Hi Alex my email is working fine now and got the confirmatin that my order was posted today.
Sorry about the name mix up but I use my father in laws paypal account.
I am off to spain in June to check how things are coming along with the villa so will contact the water company like you advised for the ro 4040
