Post by: Cleaning Resource on April 18, 2007, 06:35:51 pm
Just had a meeting today with a woman from Contact Information Services (CIS)
their website is http://www.salesleads.co.uk

just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with them, before I hand over any money ???

Just checked out the other postings on here about them,

they are offering me 12 leads per month for £295 for the first year,

I`m seriously tempted cos I would have to be doing something seriously wrong if I couldn`t get at least one contract out of 144 for the year, has anyone had any good experience with this firm ???

Don't do it!!

We signed up with them a few months ago. Complete waste of money. I even took references from a couple of their other customers first. They said the service was OK and the work it brought in just about covered the costs. Hardly glowing references.

We thought it was worth trying out but wish we'd saved our money.

They haven't fulfilled their obligations of sending the leads on a monthly basis so we will be pursuing a refund of the money we paid due to breach of contract.

The leads they do supply are at the very first stage where planning application has been approved so most of the time the info is way ahead of where we need it as it doesn't disclose who is moving into the premises if new build.

Do yourself a favour and tell them to f**k off. We wish we had.

Hi

Yep, I agree with Chris. I went for it too and although the leads do come through, you will have to do a lot of work to get the work.

It really is at the first stage of the planning pemission.

I wouldn't and won't be doing it again.
