Hi
Can anyone please recommend a supplier for tshirts that are either printed or embroidered.
I was using Bettaworkware but they seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth! - well at least in my area! ;)
Thanks

This company were showing at the NEC Cleaning Show, their prices were very cheap and the samples were very good quality
http://www.xamax.co.uk/
I have always preferred Gilden to other brands like Uneek and Fruits of the Loom, but there own Xamax brand felt like very good quality and very cheap.
I will be trying them the next time we need to re-order. If you use them let us have your comments.

Looks like good value if you want 20+ polo shirts or hats!!!
If you only need half a dozen or so, then it is no cheaper than going to a local shop who provide this service.
If you only have one or two people in the company, you would have to wear the shirts out pretty quickly to warrant getting that many sets.
Would be great if there was a company online who catered for the smaller company, they'd get loads of business.

Hi Andy I know what you mean. I do tend to buy more than 20 so not a problem for me at mo but occasionally I will just want one or two and the local shop here costs a fortune! You take your own shirt and they charge 5.50 just for the print.
I don't mind the quality being on the cheap side as the cleaners either seem to get them stained in chemical or leave and not bring them back! (although I have a clause in the contract that they pay for them if they're not returned).
I will let you all know which route I go down and what they are like, I have to get these pretty sharpish so the lead time is going to be important too.
Thanks

Have recieved my sample from xamax. It's not bad at all, the material is a bit thin but that's not a problem. They are good enough for me to put in an order for 32 items!
I will let you know what they are like when they arrive.

Hi Fox,
I was just about to make a post asking if you received your sample.
I ordered one earlier.
It's not to clear on there website, but the min. order of 24 can be a combination of t shirts, polos etc...

I have just picked up this thread & have emailed my logo to them. It seems incredibly cheap and like Fox says the cleaners soon mess their tops up. I have been paying double this for heat transfer so for them to do it this cheap & have them embroidered they must have three arm holes or something!
In regard to the minimum order, for these prices I am going to order a few of each size and keep them in stock & they are offering a free set up as well. What a deal!!

Hi all
Bit disappointed with the customer service, I placed my order on Tues morning and called them Tues afternoon to ensure they had recieved it. Yes they said we will be in touch within 48hrs to get payment.
Still not heard anything Thurs rang again, we will call back they said - nothing. Rang again today (Fri) and have been told it will be another 48 (working) hours before they can acknowledge my order then I have to sign it and get it returned to them after they recieve that and payment has cleared the items will take 7 to 10 working days to reach me!
A bit different than the 7 day turn around I was originally told!
To be fair the lady on the phone did arrange for my order acknowledgement to be sent out today after I moaned!
Hey ho - just hope all is ok when they arrive. At least I will know the routine for ordering next time and leave plenty of time. I just wish they had explained the procedure better in the first place.

Cheap is not always best ::) You get 30 days with able workwear

Hiya,
try this guy on Ebay I just had 12 polo shirts and 4 fleeces with embroidered text on breast and large embroidered text across the back for £145 including delivery.
Great services and fast delivery, received a sample 3 days after placing order followed by completed order a week later.
Just double check the sizes before ordering rather than going off the S,M,L sizes.

Well that didn't take as long as I thought, they arrived yesterday!
They look to be of pretty good quality and I am pleased with the embroidery. I like the fact that the girls get the 'skinny fit' shirts as I usually find polo shirts to be really big and baggy.
I ordered some vest tops and blouses too which again are nice.
So apart from the ordering process I am pleased with these products so far, lets see how they wash and wear.
