Hi mate, welcome to CIU.

To be honest you'd be better off with 2 poles.

A 3x4ft extender for ground and first floor and a 25ft Ecolite or something similar for the higher stuff.

i use a 24ft carbon facelift for tops & most bottoms & a 2x4ft extender for just a few bottoms where the facelift is too big for.
Which ever pole you choose i would certainly go for carbon for the big pole, dont be put off by the higher price they are worth every penny & will pay you back no end.

you may need 30ft though for 3 storey work.

i use a 24ft brodex pole, i use it for ups and downs, i dont have any problems with it, i can see why people do have a shorter one for downstaires but im happy with mine  ;)

and my 24 if more than capable of 3 stories, even higher

it does depend on how high the storeys are, i have some three storey work that requires 44ft pole at full length.
