Never seen them before but maybe good for commercial work.

imagine trying to get these machines upstairs in a 2 up 2 down tin pot cottage. i think the ad said it needs 2 to get them upstairs.

I used that on a CCA cousre, owned by Systematic Cleaners. Its called the Zinger, made by Windsor Industries USA, now part of castle Rock.
Absolutly excellent machine (for a portable) The large floor tool has a rotating spray bar a bit like a spinner or dishwasher.
We cleaned a large conference room with it and you litteraly had to run with it.
