Title: ****HELP & ADVICE NEEDED****

Hi all

       I've just been offer a contract for a one-off clean on a carpet in a restaurant also cleaning his windows once a month. Which would be the best carpet machine to use that would take out more than 80% of water out of the carpet and would take less that 3 hrs to dry. I dont want to loose this contract as he knows alot more people who might need theres doing aswell also where can I hire the machine out ftrom - I live in the north east so it would have to be close for me to pick up. Any help would be most grateful.

Maybe use a dry clean system?
