Paul, started to get response from the flyers that went out at Easter, possibly because of the kids going back to school. Any response from your last lot Paul ?

i love overnight work, the custoer pays a premium, you get a great name for being flexible, and the best chance for repeat business.

Start at midnight. Finish by 4am, work next day after 2pm an still earn more than normal hours. But watch out, they haggle - double your price and let them beat you down a bit, and it works out OK ::)

PS if 500m2 is too much for you, team up with a local competitor - there is actually enough out there for you to get it back in spades when they cant cope either! Work with each other and you will clean up - work against each other and you will all earn less (price competition never works)

No wonder am QUIET.......thats not including he other 8 cleaners and fife as a population of about 200,000 people.
thats why am traveling 25 miles to earn 50.00 per hour jobs to keep me going.......

And dont say dropp my prices please....
