I contacted them last year about it , I had trouble logging onto it .They said they were going to change there site to make it easier for people to use it . Looks like they have not got around to it yet

This is my second year with them. When I renewed my membership I sent all the same forms in but changed the dates and company names. I had them returned saying that I had not put enough details on my forms. I phoned them and told them that it was all the same information as I supplied last yeay . It took me 8 months to get it sorted out
