paul, i read a post about running a palm and wanted to know a couple of questions.
will the programme be the same on the palm as it is on my computer and will it eliminate all the paper work that goes with it?
do i just plug the palm into my computer and it then updates itself?
sorry if it's a bit simple but i aint too good with computers.
thanks, jon.

Hi Jon
No - it's not the same as George on the PC - it's a smart version of the WorkList you normally print.
Yes, it will eliminate all the paperwork.
Yes, you just plug it in and it updates itself (once it's installed) - but you have to press a button first - just one!
Get yourself a cheap Palm on eBay and try it - I'm fairly sure you won't be disappointed - but don't take my word for it - ask some of the other guys on here that use it.

If I remember right the package costs £50 and another £12 per year to back up to the internet.
Without doubt the best investment any serious and legitimate window cleaner can make.
Gives you daily, weekly monthly reports that can be used for your year end accounts, all done in a couple of minutes each day.
There is no trawling down lists in a book to work out how much you've done for the day, who's paid, etc

I use George and also wouldnt be without it, however I have a palm and dont use it often for work, somehow I prefer to print my days work and use pen and paper untill I get home then manually update George on the Pc, one problem I did have when trying palm was in direct sunlight I found it impossible to read the screen.

thanks for that but where do i get it from
thanks

George systems from http://www.georgesystems.co.uk, and the pocket palm from pcworld or ebay, do a search for palm on here and it will become clear what ones are suitable.
