Title: Communal Stair Way Cleaning

Hi All,


I do a lot of general communal stair well cleaning on flats and have just purchased a prochem steampro2000 powerplus to clean the carpets in them, that was the easy bit! Not sure what to charge per stair well some have two flights of stairs and three landings on 3 storey buildings, and some 4 storey have 4 landings 3 flights of stairs. Managing agent wants good job and will pay a good price but im not sure what to charge or how long they will take.We are trusted by the company we deal with so price is not the main issue.Carpets are dirty due to constant use and not been cleaned in recent years.I dont want to under price to start with as this will make putting up prices difficult later.
 Any thoughts views would be most welcome
