Anyone knows that cleaning franchise company ? Is this a good franchise ? anyone signed contract with them ?

Not with this company been there! Seen it! And got stung!

If you are interested in them, why not contact them asking them to supply a list of trading franchises and those who (you guessed it) and phone them.  Don’t forget due diligence.
