these can be difficult jobs and very messy , it would be better if you could use a flat surface cleaner as this wouldnt cause as much mess and get a even finish ,my advice would be use a catladder as the roofs become very slippy when wet also tie the pipe round top of catladder so as not to be struggling with the weight from the floor up, do it in about 6ft sections from top to bottom. on completion gutters windows splashes on walls and floor areas will all need cleaning as you will of made a mess of them. hope this helps and be carefull roofs are lethal.

without seeing the roof it would be hard to say also the equipment your using can make a vast difference to time taken, but if you allow about 5hrs for labour you should be ok dont forget how much it will cost for hire of powerwasher and cat ladder if you dont already have them, you may also end up replacing one or two tiles if you break them allow a small amount for this also.

Hello, for roofs you can get a specific head with adjustable casters to allow for the various tiles, you clean the opposite to the pump and lower and pull the head via the hose / rope from the ridge. If you think you can do it for £200 best of luck but I would need double to even think about the job also you need to ask your insurance if your covered

too cheap mate we have a lot of bungalows here in the st ives area of cornwall normaly get a few cleans throughout the summer months i carge £150+. i always offer to put a gutter guard up i get it from local supplier but screwfix do it cat no12515-86 £5.49 for 5mtrs most bungalows only take 3-4 packs i try to charge £40 but dont always work as they do ask how much but even at £30 its still good money as i dont pay much for it. i also always offer to clean paths/patios/drives ect ect you will be suprised at how much extra work you can get as i have allready made my money with the roof anything else is a bonus so i can then be more reasonable with any thing else but dont forget what is involved with a roof job cleanig out gutters and hosig down walls/windows and cleaning up all the mess and removig ang waste including broken bronches if there are any overgrowing trees what im saying is dont forget what is involved and allways look out for any extra work but your too cheap
