Give it a a little time Neva, it is a little different than what we are used to here in the States.
Once you figure out the browsing around bit, it goes quick.

Welcome Neva, Us british are a shy bunch of men and often don't know how to welcome a member of the fairer sex ;)
so on behalf of the british carpet cleaning freternity let me welcome you to our forum!
