Since i shrunk a clients rug i feel so************** with carpet cleaning

would someone please give me a few words of encouragement
i know i am nearly 32 but i have the brain of a 15 year old

Dont worry about it, learn from it & move on.

I had 1 claim about 7 years ago which I believe was just unlucky, but none since.

Sometimes these things happen.

I think that every carpet cleaner will have a problem at sometime or other.

It goes with the job.

Over the years I have shrunk the odd carpet and paid out a few hundred in compo.

On a recent NCCA training course my instructor ( think top of the ladder) admitted to recently having had a problem on a job.

Learn and move on.

Oh,,,,,,,,, and get insured  ;)
