Hello all! i do hope everyone had a pleasant easter!Is there anyone out there who could help me! i've been asked by a customer to seal an altro flooring i've done my utmost to persuade them otherwise but they've insisted! normally i would walk away but this is a very very big customer of mine so i've agreed to go ahead with it aslong as they sign a disclaimer so i was wondering if anyone has a disclaimer i could use? please. Before anyone starts a debate i've spoken to altro and apparently you can put a coat of seal on!

if altro say you can put seal on then why would you need a disclaimer, we have put seal on them before and never had any problems we just used evans non slip floor polish.

hi
no offence to anyone involved but why buy an non slip floor and then put polish on it,
thanx jonny
let castle take the hassle

Depending on the polish you will lose up to 30% of the non slip value of an altro floor.
Alls you need is a footer note on your quotation stating that your company is not liable for this loss or any other maintenance problems due to the seal being carried out and that by accepting this quotation the client accepts these terms. Also add that you advise the client to check with the manufacturer how a seal will effect the floors guarantee.
