Thank you Ian

My advice is to deal directly with Piranha Marketing in the US.

I agree. Go direct. Alltec used to sell kit or you could take a chance on Ebay, but you are never sure what you are getting.
Is Joe Polish pulling away from Carpet Cleaning and know concentrating on other Services .
When I was cleaning a carpet in my local back clinic I saw a mail shot for one of his products.
Last years boot camp was apprantley the last.

Hi Ian
It does not mater if Joe is focused on carpet cleaning or not as the ideas work for any service and any product. just ask Dan Kennedy.
Dan has worked in any area you like to name so it might have been one of his other inner circle guys work?
Its this point that I am trying to get across to everyone that JP or FT don't own "Direct response marketing"
The best point about JP over FT is that he teaches you how it all works. where FT has got its system that works and uses that, nothing wrong with that. just i think its far better if you are paying lots of money like FT that you fully understand how it works. The JP kit is much cheaper and does just that with more ideas than FT.
FT is fine if you want the "franchise approach" to your business, to look and sound like others does have its advantages.

If you want to learn about direct response marketing, which, incidentally has been around since long before little Joe was born...........read some of the adverts that appear daily, in your e.mail box.
Many of them are well written and designed with one thing in mind .............to get a positive response............
But............there is a serious problem for some of the posters on here, as they always, always, have Low Priced Offers.
Virtually all direct response marketing depends heavily, in getting the response by making very attractive offers, usually more than one offer.
This can be done, however, by clever wording, and not even mentioning actual prices.

Ive watched a few of Joes DVD and even his bootcamp DVDs. Problem is he talks way to much drivel and constantly interupts his guest speakers. Also they intice you with great headlines but the meat is often lacking or leads you to buy more. very clever marketing for his pocket but after watching an hours DVD of the bootcamp 2002 you could condence the meat into 10mins.
If you want to go this route then consider learning the theory of direct responce marketing form others cheaper than investing in Joes material. Search Paul Gorman.
Fast track is the theory put into practice. All you do is add your name and number. But then its a £3k investment unless you buy 2nd hand.

I agree with your point regarding price. with regards to offers i have about ten different ones that i use from time to time, but one that i am testing at the moment is the green offer.
like most things in life going green or providing a green service will cost us as service providers money, so if by using the right words and put across in the right way i think this can be used as an offer. you might have seen my post about the plant a tree in exchange for the carbon used to clean a carpet well this cost £12 so just this one thing could be used?
what do you think?

btw. i am no a great believer in global warming but as i cant be sure then i think its just good business practice and i might be wrong!

I agree with Mark regarding Paul Gorman.
And he has very good offers on his old stuff.
I recentley had an offer regarding one of his programs,I think the origional cost was £1000
The offer was £97.50

Regarding youre Green program.
As someone who is very much into Green issues I do not like companies that claim to be Green and then when you investigate them you find they have just jumped on the band wagon.
In my opinion your Yellow Lotus will have to go. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
