.......i, along with others no doubt have been knocked for payment after cleaning some a55holes windows!
is there some way we could name and shame these people. surely we can have a section on this forum where we could post the names and addresses of these to55ers.
anybody agree?

I agree, but the customers solicitor wouldnt IF...he found out ? Isnt it whats called blacklisting ?

How about parking a van outside his house with pay your debts on a big card but with no names ?

The burden of proof lies with the accuser. It is potentially libellous as you have to prove that you are telling the truth.
Another problem would be when someone moves. If an address were blacklisted, anyone moving in there could be labelled (or libelled for that matter).
