Just been putting flyer out  today and it only 12.30pm.

GOT 7 phone call!!! want their town house & conservatories cleaned with wfp.

Wow!!! Nice one Dave, thats some response. Is that 7 enquiries or 7 confirmed orders?

What's your average price for a Con Clean if you dont mind me asking.

Now 8 confirmed. it £25 each town house.

If it was just town house and not the conservatory it would be about £15.

If it got a consevatory I would add £10 pound but I never do consevatory roof.

I would not clean a house for less than £15.

Conservatory roof is good money from my point of view! It's a bit tricky sometimes but worth the money .Once i have done them once they tend to book in again about 4 mnths time .

I've done a few and they vary depending on how filthy/how big/how accessable they are. They are all harder physically than cleaning windows though and time consuming if bad. Some seem to use different plastic for the ornate bit on the top that reacts badly to the sun and weather.
