Title: vistaprint biz cards scam look out
Post by: Mrs Nicholls on April 07, 2007, 10:58:32 pm
has anyone been scammed by this?

because i have and know a lot of others have too.

if you buy anything from vista print, look out on your bank statement because the thievin b's''ds scam you and steal from you.

clubprem.com and vprewards.com something ive never signed up to, and apparently in accociation with vistaprint, must be 'borrowing' card details.
both charged me using my card without my knowledge £9.95.

i would forget vista for the moment if i were you.
also i tried to call their customer services to be told i dont exist, so why the .... are they chargin me nearly £20 for f all?!
i hate theivin b's'ds!!

You have to be a bit careful where you click on that website.  I've not had this problem with them myself but I can see how easy it would be for it to happen.  It's not actually a scam but it could and should be laid out a lot better.  You should not have to be careful where you click on a website.

hi all

I've been using vistaprint now for 5 years and had NO problems at all.

1. quality = 10/10
2. service = 10/10
3. value for money = 10/10

I've never been charged extra for anything I've bought off vistaprint, so how you got charged extra is beyond me ???.

They did this to me. I never signed up to it but they took the money for 4 months, but to their credit I contacted them and they refunded the money although it did take a couple of calls.

Contact your card company and explain whats happened. Tell them you require a charge back asap. They'll be really peed off and should pursue it for you.

I had the same happen to me with vista print. I did get my money back with no problems, Iwas very happy with their products, but Im a bit wary of going back to them in case it happens again. Lesley J
