1x 22ft g/f (carried as a spare) ;D
1 x 2x3ft unger pole

I've got 4.
1 - 2x2ft ionics which Ionly use as a spare.
1 - 2x3ft omnipole
2 - powerp[oles, 1 @ 24ft and 1 @ 36ft.

I only regularly use the 24ft and the 2x3ft for window cleaning.  The 2 x 2ft is used on the van - quite ironic when it's meant to be the Vikan brush heads that are for cars.

Yeah, think so.
It's a really good brush I think, it gets in all the nooks and crannies.
Doesn't hardly weigh anything either.
Trouble is, the thread is so soft.

Sold my carbontec - got a superlite now, but I wouldn't use a modular pole for domestic work, telescopic I find quicker to set and breakdown . Modular are a MUST on commercial work though, and anything above 30ft. Just my thoughts.

Desperately need a carbon fibre min 38ft, you mentioned 42ft facelift, are they good? how much? and who sells them or whatover poles can i buy 4 under £400 remember minimum 38ft.  thanks in appreciation.

Gooday Jeff, Cos it wont fit in the van or the shed, mum wont let us put up a bigger shed just for one pole. So it lies at the side of the house with my ladders.

A lot depends on what sort of work you have Frank.  If you have some high work a 45ft telescopic carbon pole is a good idea because carbon poles tend to weigh less (but cost more).  There are plenty of manufacturers.  You seem to have used the Ionics brand names which I'm sure must be as good as anyones but there are plenty of suppliers out there.
I realise that Frank Lyons isn't an unusual name but might you be the Frank Lyons I know in Crawley?

Paul Coleman
