Hi Martin
not too clear on whether you're asking what to pay staff or what to charge companies.
If it's the latter, then I would say that whether it's builders, reclean or sparkle then the hourly rate should always be the same, and that anything between £9 and £15 an hour is reasonable.

Depends where you are in the country, but I would say nearer £15.

thanks for that,

really looking at what the hourly labour cost would be, im thinking around the £6.00 per hour mark.

I have a fixed cost per property style, if the builder wants a cheaper job then they can go elsewhere.  With all the new legislation thats coming in re ladders, i am sure that prices are sure to rise.
