Hi Martin,
It’s been a long time since you posted this topic…

There is a link bellow where you can purchase a Risk Assessment CD, designed specifically for cleaning services:
http://www.assetskills.org/site/AssetSkillsHome/CleaningHomePage/ProductsandServices/RiskAssessmentCDRom/tabid/330/Default.aspx

Hope it helps,

Regards,

Merry Christmas and Happy New 2006 Year, everyone!

Hi Martin

I may be wrong but I doubt whether there would be one risk assessment that covers builders cleans. I would think that there would be a need for risk assessments for individual tasks.

There are some risk assessments on our website under the Health and Safety section. You may find some of what you want but not all.

hi there,

the risk assessments are for the environment, of the site and the plots, as opposed to specific tasks iedamp wiping, the good thing is that all of our Hand S nhas now beensigned  off by  a lerge number of housebuilders, as AS REQUIRED.

Have you thought of doing your own?

The H&S produce a document - 5 steps to risk assessment that tells you what you need to put into the document.

All you have to do is think about how you do the job and the risks to safety that you encounter while doing it, what you can do to reduce the risks etc.

Get it typed up.

Hey presto!
