They were no help to me!
Told me to get in touch with who I bought it off, and they wanted the varistream and pump together so they could "bench test" it, yeah right like I'm gonna be without a pump for a week ::)

Just an Idea, had same problem, with mine it was the Battery
having run down, recharged and works fine again.

I think it's probably your battery that's low or on it's way out.
Get it checked out properly. Make sure that the voltage reading is taken with the V/stream turned on.
Yup had the same response from the manufacturers when mine seemed to be playing up so I got on to my supplier who sorted it out straight away for me. They sent me a replacement out the same day and I sent mine back to them for inspection and swapped it back after fixing it.

yes i was told that if the light flashes it is the batt that is low or flat
the thing was that i had charged the batt and still flashed?
this thing that was wrong was my batt charger was the wrong sort not a deep leisure charger so spent £50 and got one all charged and working fine
hope this helps

have checked the battery and all fine, had it load tested and everything.
the problem i will have when i contact the company i got it off is that i have no receipt for it, checked everywhere and cant find the b*&^&y thing

Just a thougt, if you paid via Credit/Debit Card it will show up on
one of your Statements, this can then be used as Proof of Payment.

thanks for all the help.
Does anyone know how long the warranty lasts on them?

As a stop gap, take the Varistream out of circuit, replace the pressure switch on your pump and carry on working. This gives you a breather to send it off to be checked, etc.

i think that whats i am gonna do, i worked it like that when i first started but i will miss having one

It wont be the pressure switch on the pump as that would stop power getting to the varistream = no lights at all.
I had the same problem, the light flashes when there is not enough power (low batt) but also too much power. Measure the voltage on the terminals of the battery, if it's 16v or more that will be your problem. Too much power.
How is the battery charged? I have a split charge relay that kicks out too much juice. It would work before a journey but not after just flashing green light. So solution take the fuse off of the relay.
