How far should the top tube be inserted into the gooseneck? Cheers

About 6-7 cm.  Basically, push it in until it fits snugly.

Thanks I had a small split in the end that was growing so I have glued in a short length of plastic tubing to stop it spreading. I wondered if the tube was under stress by not being in far enough but it's in about 6 cm. Is everything back to normal in the office now? only I have put in another order and was wondering about a delivery date and when my account will be depleted. ;) all the best.

Hi Dave,

As far as I know everything in the office is back to normal from tomorrow. All orders are being processed as usual. If you want to know an exact delivery time of any order then feel free to give a ring tomorrow.
