Hi, I am after putting together an explanation leaflet  for the w f p system. Could any one forward me a link for a good template. Also I would like a template for a risk assesment form. Any help most welcome.

Check on Window Cleaning Resources. There was an example letter like that on one of the newsletters.

Hi Jon, send me your e mail address and I'll forward you on my copy of my explanation letter, We copied it from here then tweaked it because although it explains things the grammer wasn't very good so my misses played with it for me........ and the letter!!!! ha ha
