can any one help me my merlin 700gpdhas been running very slow i have changed all the filters and tried back flushing it.i the only thing i can think of is i am not back flushing it properley.can any one tell me how they do it thanks

is the water supply to the merlin kinked at all? are the fliters fitted correctly? some times mine produces slower when its cold.

no kinks filters seem ok its been colder and worked a lot better ???

have not back washed my merlin in 29 months no prb.
when i got it i was told i do not have to back wash.

when you are backwashing the merlin you need to make sure the inlet and product lines are closed off so all the backwashed water goes out through the waste.  You can either use a backflushing tank or connect the backflush port up to your pump from your van/trailer.
