Hi Guys n Girls,
I gave a quote today for a spring clean, the lady also wanted her carpets cleaned. I could not give her a quote on the carpets immediately so i told her I will call back with a price shortly. I called back and there was no answer, so I left a message on her answer machine with the price for the job!
Was this the correct thing to do? Would you leave a quote on a answer machine or would you wait to speak to the client? Please let me know your thoughts. I am learning the trade and will obviously make mistakes any feed back on what one should do as a start up company would be appreciated.

i don't see too much of a problem, tho you coulda left a message asking her to ring back and maybe have been able to close the deal then :)
