Hi
Im a window cleaner but a friend of mine in Oxfordshire is selling her biz due to family commitements. She has a mix of domestic and commercial contracts.
Can any of you guys tell me how much she should be selling each of the contracts for? ie should each contract be sold for 2.5 times monthly income?
Thanks in advance
Adie

Hi,
I guess no one has answered because its not that simple to answer. Has your friend got written contracts with these customers? How long has she been trading etc are all factors. Will her clients be happy to have someone new coming in bla bla
I would suggest she asks an accountant. ;)

Advertise it at 3 times turnover or more if daring enough, if no one bites, lower the price.
Any savvy buyer will use their due diligence when going through the purchasing process, and will determine their own value upon it.
As when you sell your house, its only worth what people are prepared to pay for it. Set the asking price high, then negotiate down!
