That's because you're trying to do window cleaning stuff on a low fat grilling machine.

Round valuation was removed from one of the latest updates but re-instated by George on the latest update after several people were complaining.

It is possible but you cant run the same rounds and debt lists on 2 palms you can however have rounds on 1 palm and debts on the other palm

to setup this you need to use the Palmconfig tool found on their website

Hi Guys

Don't know how I missed this thread yesterday...

The Round Valuation was removed because I didn't think anybody used it - but I was wrong !!

It's back now.

You can run PocketGeorge on as many Palms as you like. You can transfer all your Rounds and Debts to all the Palms or you can select which Rounds and/or Debt Lists go to which Palm.

Hi Folks,

Hope you don't mind me taggin on another question about GOERGE?

I am seriousely considering using it along with a Palm

First Question.  Would one of these Palms be OK.
www.pcwb.com/catalogue/item/PALM0004 (http://www.pcwb.com/catalogue/item/PALM0004)

Second Question.  George works on Jobs?  What if I have several jobs to one customerin a monthly invoice.  How does George put all the jobs on one monthly Invoice?

Thanks
David Salkeld

Then buy a program for a Mac or buy a cheap pc that runs Windows?

I bought and use Windows because of that reason.

Try and run a business with software for an Apple. It's ok if you run run a multi million pound business but for the small business user?

Don't complain because of the choice you made.

Hi David

No problem - you can include as many Jobs as you like on one Invoice.

Paul,

Do you use the same invoice add for each job?

i.e.
Inv Add = Jonston Publishing etc

Job add = Cornmarket etc
2nd Job add = Eastgate etc (same inv add)?

Hi David

Yes - set up an Invoice Address record for the customer address and use it on all the Jobs you want to invoice together.

All Jobs with the same Invoice Address record will appear on the same invoice.

Rolls royce or mini?
The choice is obviouse really. Yes i can run virtual PC to run the software but its a pain having to do this. My point is that gamers buy PC's and as you stated multi million pound businesses use macs. The question is why? Reliability.

Not really a compliaint but a statement that Mac users are more common than people think in the professional world and also require software from other vendors.
