Title: Rust Mark

I have a rust mark in a customers carpet I cannot remove.

Ive tried rust remover.

Any ideas, customer invoking satisfaction guarantee.

See if you can aquire some of the "old" type rust remover, off for example Prochem or Extracta.  The old ones worked, the new ones struggle somewhat.

Yes the Extracta Rust remover works, but make sure you acid rinse after, its like bleach.
