Just wondering how much for a basic set up. I've used them a lot it the past but never had to buy one. I was thinking of a really basic set up like a 20ish pole and 250 ltr tank?

Any ideas guys?

I would say with buget pole, about 5 to 600 quid.

Great. I will have to save that up and shop around. Any recommendations?

best thing to do is write down all the things you need then spend a couple of hours trawling the suppliers websites. this way you'll be able to see who has the best all-round prices.
a tip-( the price i stated above was for DI only), buy a re-conditioned DI vessel, cleantech sell them, they're about 100 quid cheaper than a new one & exactly the same!!

I will really knuckle down and have a good look at things before I buy. I've seen a system on e-bay for £699 and was wondering if it would be worth a look at that system?

post a link on here & let others see it, they may be able to advise you mate.

Here you go:- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PRO-250-LTR-WATER-FED-POLE-WINDOW-CLEANING-VAN-SYSTEM_W0QQitemZ260101692358QQcategoryZ112579QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

So would you recommend it as a start out kit?

Sorry just looked at it again and I missed the pics of the hosereel and Di, also I have noticed that it doesnt include a pump controller that you may need, If I were you I'd give gardiners a call and quote what they include and compare prices I think that would be in your favour, having said that Tony at pure freedom is a good honest supplier IMO ;)

Thanks for the advice mate. As I say I've used wfp systems for years in my old firm but never had to buy one. So its all new to me.
