Title: needing a new van

hi there, currently running a lay flat 250 ltr in a ford courier, on its last legs come the summer I'll be needing something new. I'm solo and mainly domestic so I think a 400ltr upright will be sufficient, my criteria this time around would be atleast one sliding side door, and 3 seats, i use a pole carrier  on the roof. I'm sure I'll get many suggestions on here, a scudo being the one I'd go for if I could afford it. Does anyone have pics of a scudo with a 400 ltr upright behind the bulk head and seats? is this a good way to mount it? as I want to maximise on space this time round, any other vans I should look at for fitting a similar set up?

I can barely fit a 400L tank in an Escort van, so get as big as you can.
It's had to go in lengthways, and takes up most of the entire floorspace.
I was shocked how big 400L is. :o

Scudo is good. And if you want three seats it's about the smallest one that does.

Except it's a Fiat, and all the electrical bits will play up and the ECU will go wonky.

My missus has one and it's been a living nightmare.
Her parents have had a couple and they've all had electrical probs too.

Lights popping.
Fuses going.
Thermostat.
Heater matrix.
Interior light.
Mystery warning lights.
Immobilisor faults.
The list goes on...and on...and on... :o

I wouldn't advise a Fiat!
Or Renault.
They both consistently come bottom of satisfaction surveys.
Don't do it!!!!!

My old Rover (now worth a few hundred quid) has never had anything go wrong. ;D
