Title: 1000 lt storage tanks

does anyone know the best thing to clean a 1000 lt storage tank? it previously had a perfume based product stored in it! also can anyone recomend a pump to pump from a storage tank to the van?

i got a £25 submersible pump from wickes and 30m garden hose. The storage tank was about 20mtrs away and 1mtr below my trailer. This was taking 30 mins to fill my 250ltr tank.

I moved the storage tanks closer to my trailer and level with it and changed the hose to 5mtrs of 1.5inch, it now fills up in 3mins or less.
