ISO, monitors the perfromance of your whole working methods/procedures and record keeping, right from the actual cleaning through the last littlest minute piece of paperwork. Have been through it a couple of times when working for other industries. Would it benefit our industry?..... if a customer required it then yes, but for run of the mill normal everyday work in my opinion I would say no. To get the ISO can takes months of long hard work and attention to detail and then on the day of assessment you just get one minor procedure in the wrong order and you fail. :(

And it costs a lot of money.
Obtained iso9001 for a council I worked for there is a lot of work involved.
I would say it would impress huge companies and make your company stand out but I would say don,t bother unless your comany is huge.
They audit you as well and you have to pay yearly, not cheap.
I would say Safe Contractor proves to your customers that you care and have the right info in place.
Regards Robbie.
