hey guy / girls
I need a bit of help with this quote , I currently dont do any thing like this and have not quoted for the like either the guy wants it doing tomorrow off schedule at extra cost if needs be then regular after that told him i only do 6weekly in the area and that hes ok with but needs it doing b4 mon
This is the only pic i can get at short notice so some help with a ball park figure would be good
Im gonna clean it fri anyway so will know then how long it will take me and i can work my own hourly rate out then but i need something to estimate with for a start
Chris
Thanks in advance

i would say wfp 60 /80 pound mark for what i can see
-
if it is just the glass we can see in the picture then £56

An hours work max on a regular clean
allow 1.5 first clean and charge accordingly
I would say £50-£60 regular clean x 1.5 first clean

Thank guys .. is there any calculation behind those quotes or are based on other buildings that you do allready or poss an hourly rate ?

I have counted 45 windows on the top and 21 windows at the bottom + door + lone window at bottom right

I would charge at hourly rate
1 x hour commercial = £50 plus any set up / travel time
