This is the only pic i can get at short notice so some help with a ball park figure would be good
Im gonna clean it fri anyway so will know then how long it will take me and i can work my own hourly rate out then but i need something to estimate with for a start

An hours work max on a regular clean
allow 1.5 first clean and charge accordingly
I would say £50-£60 regular clean x 1.5 first clean

I would charge at hourly rate
1 x hour commercial = £50 plus any set up / travel time
