Title: how to write a business plan

hi all i run a pressure cleaning company and one of my mates had a buisiness cleaning cars down our local golf course he said he was doing 7to 8 cars a morning £6-£15 he was charging a car he has had enough of it because he said he was down there at 5 oclock in the morning.he said he went to the golf course with a business plan and asked for 2 parking bays that he hired of them.i am just asking with help with the business plan thanks chris

you would need to start with costs to be met every day ,cost hire of parking bays washnwax. how do you get work ? you would need to work out how many cars aday ,aweek .how much your takings are expected to be .take expences away.

go to lloyds tsb. make out you are interested in opening a biz account with them.  In the info and rubbish they will give you is a cd rom which basically sets up a biz plan for you.  All you have to do is fill in your details.  It is pretty good as it gives you advice as you do it.  It must be easy as I did one and the bank I'm with said it looked pretty professional.

I can email you mine if you want, but it was done using microsoft works which means it wont open unless you got microsoft works too.
