looks brill mate, only one worry, Hope your pump doesnt fail or pipes split, you wouldn't want water all over your battery.

that looks like a good job.
which direction is the the in and out for the pump? mine is the wrong way round for me to mount the pump the right way up on that side of th van. to mount mine on the same side as you (left) the outlet from the pump faces into the van. I dont want to mount it the other way up, and the tank outlet is also on that side. ???

Thanks,
the inlet is left and outlet is right facing tank,
the pipe will be coming through the box from the right and will have to have a bend to go to the inlet,

Hey Gaz, I'm dead impressed with this mate, keep the pics coming. I only have a small trailer now that isn't even big enough to hold a 125L container (it's too short by about 5 cm!!) but I'm sure my trailer aspires to be a trailer like this... 8)

I'm sure I would love to have one  ;D

Hi Steve,
cheers mate  :D,
why don`t you start to build one to your requirements like i have?
i`m not rushing it as i already have got a 175L tank in my Berlingo,
but do need to top up reglar,so not long now  ;D

Gaz, got your swivel brush the other day seems fine. Won't work properly with my gooseneck though so I'll have to try a much shorter one later I think. Cheers Dave

Hi Dave,
they work better on the black plastic adjustable necks,
the longer ally goosenecks can make it a bit awkward to control them,
can you unscrew your gooseneck,i am working on some extenders for the adjustable necks so they can be taken on and off if needed,

It looks like he's using a sealed lead acid battery, in that case he'd be ok to spill some water on it, I use a 22ah sealed lead acid battery and once had a leak and totally submerged the battery, ( mine's also under the pump ) ran fine for a couple of hours before I noticed my pump box was kinda half full of water, no damage at all.

Gaz..when I had my old hose reel on the door I found it hard to reel it in without the door moving about so in the end I was holding the door while I was reeling it in and it ended up a right mess on the reel.
I gave up after 2 days and took it off.

Bazz…

(Trailer is looking good)   ;D
