picked up a monthly clean the other week for £2.50 per clean. My smallest so far account. Never usually do jobs for this price but was only three ground floor small windows. Ive got alot of houses around this job so though what the hell £2.50 is a fair price. I know theres alot of wcs on here that wouldnt touch it. But remember it all adds up at the end of the day ;D . Anyone do any cheaper jobs ???
-
£3 is my cheapest - thats for 2ups and 1 down plus a door.
-
£3 for me too thats 3 up 1 is obscure glass all wfp & next to a £13 customer no more effort than that at all

goochie what if its next to a job you do already and means you only have to walk about 20ft to get to it? Be a bit stupid to say no - especially if its twice a month = £92 a year for basically nothing.

Lucky shops dont have that attitude, or do you spend more than £10.00 every time you 'bother' someone behind their til?

I CLEAN ONE OLD LADYS HOUSE FOR FREE AS I'VE KNOWN HER FOR YEARS AND SHE HAS NEVER HAD A LOT OF MONEY OR LUCK, BUT I MAKE UP FOR THIS BY CHARGING MY MOTHER IN LAW £10.00 FOR A £7.00 CLEAN.
-
Cheapest job £10 and my highst is £275. I would'nt bother getting out of the van for anything less than £10! In fact I am considering changing my minimum price to £25, and getting rid of all the small change jobs. ;D
-
My cheapest is a fiver and my dearest is £80. I have had the odd job in three figures but not got any that size right now.

As Tosh has so kindly pointed out, I lost my cheapest account, and yes, the tightwad felt he was being ripped off....he cleans his own now and they look like cack ;D
Currently it's £2.50 for a couple of shops, cheapest domestic is £5.00, that's front only though, 3 windows, have now got 3 or 4 of them almost next door to one another (Thats Bridge St (for the Chepstow boys ;)))
I think the biggest is an office for £120, about 3 hours work, but quite hard work.
A few around the £60 mark, and these are the bee's knees ;)
Another at £90 and another at £80, both very good accounts...absolute pig off ladders though...in fact all those accounts were horrible off ladders.
These are my favourite size commercials by a mile, you can charge good money, but they aren't so expensive that they worry about how much they are spending!..........lovely!!

How would you know? ;D
I was me who always had to go up 30ft on a windy day on rattley ladders and stretch out over the tall windows. :(

Ahh, the rose tinted glasses ::)
On the really high stuff it was only me that would do it, you were beginning to lose your bottle for that stuff before you left me!
Every time I do Cas-Gwent Chambers I look at the windows on the side where the road slopes down to the town car park and count my blessings I no longer need to wedge the one stile of the ladder with a folded up scrim and pluck up the nerve to climb said ladder :-\
I've taken a couple of pics of that building, so I'll do one of those "How long would you take to do this?" kind of thread using it as an example...
