Title: changing my focus

Good afternoon all
I mainly do commercial work but I realy want to move into more residential. Mainly because you have to chase commercial work and then it takes ages for payment.  I already run 2 y/p ads full colour half page but I get virtually nothing from it so this will be the last year. I am thinking of launching into it by getting a leaflet distibutor to punt out some leaflets so my question is how many leaflets per week to keep 2 guys & a truckmount busy for 2-3 days per week. I will then stop chasing commercial so much as it takes up too much of my time. I am looking to get the leaflet guy to target new developments, is this the right thing to do or do I just get them delivered everyehere.

Not that i do this myself as i don't employ anyone but, why not take Mike Halliday's advice and have 1 working the TM when possible and the other one leaflet dropping, at least to start with?

PS Regarding leaflet delivery, contact your local scout groups as many of them deliver leaflets.
