Title: white water marks

hi all need help again, one of my side windows has not been cleaned for 2 years and it has a dirty look because of these white staines. has anyone come across these?
they just will not shift iv tryed 3 times with my pole to clean them and no good!even TFR today still white when they dryed.
any help anyone?

This could be mineral deposits.  You could try Wintecs mineral deposit remover.
