Hi, during part of the Workshop at Bromsgrove today it was concluded that if a valid Survey form was not produced during a insurance claim, then the claim can be refused.
What is your interpretation of a valid form,
Do you get customer to sign the form ?
Do you give the customer a copy ?
Do you use survey/invoice type of form ?
None at all, if you dare admit it ?
Regards Rob

I will admit it. In all the years I have been doing this I have never had a so called " survey" form to sign. The forms aren't worth the paper they are written on anyway so I dont know how having one would help or hinder a case should you need one. 80 or 90% of the places I clean the client isnt there to be seen, let alone to sign a form. As far as I know doesn't void any claim I might need to make. Best, Dave.

When I took out my imsurance they were concerned about training.
Years in idustry etc.
No Clause in policy abot filling in survey form although I agree its best practice. plys get client to sign disclaimer form.
As far as I am concerned if insurance company refused to pay and I was liable I would take them to court,##
Hopefully it will not happen
I know Ken Paul Derek will tell of all the cock ups they have seen. They are in a very privlege position.
Which has enabled them to become industry experts. an Kens clean safe message is obviously correct.
