Title: Thought of an invention

When theres a stain in the underlay of a carpet its differcult to get to. So would a syringe type tool fitted to solution hose / vacumm hose which could pierce thought the carpet to inject the cleaning solution then suck it out again

Stain in underlay? Dose it show though the carpet?
