Title: Reminder Cards

Hi all

I use a reminder card but dont get much feedback from it, Could be customers dont like me, or the card just does not hit the button.

anybody got any that they dont mind showing me that work really well.

Neil, only just got round to doing my 12 month reminders, i put on mine that Carpet Manufacturers advise a clean every 12-18 months, i also offered them a price freeze so they get the same price as last time (just a test), have yet to see the result though.

You could try phoning them just to check that they have recieved your cards and then try and talk them into having some cleaning done.   :-\

i have not used it yet but plan too how about the voice blast?

much better the hear your voice and you only have to record the message once. and the system will only leave it on an answering service and not to a live pick up.

BTW how often to you contact them throughout the year? as you know its all part off the relationship. what about an offer? give them a reason to buy.
