Hi all, I am after some info.
I have been asked to get some graffiti off some walls.
Will a powerwasher work on its own or do I need to put a chemical on as well.
Just starting out in Drive Cleaning and bought some top quality gear but not a hot box - will I need one?
Thanks for any info you are willing to give

It's certainly easier with a hot box,
You will most certainly need a pressure washer to get the grafitti off the walls.
Try greenhams online, you are look for selden k14 (I think), its about £6 an aerosol can.
Depends on the amount getting off and the colour the surface to how much you'll need.
It does a good job also will clean pen marks etc of all types of surface.
I clean a few schools with this stuff, good on the outdoor huts, vinyl type ones, metal etc.
Alternatively to get a truly good job albeit messy get a sand blast attachment for your pressure washer and use kiln dried sand. Works even better.

it depends on what the wall is built from ie brick sandstone etc and also what the graffiti is ie aerosol felt tip etc when you have worked this out then buy the appropriate chemical Tensid have a good range , depending if wall is dirty or not you may have to blend clean area in with rest of wall or clean the whole wall otherwise it will look a bit of a botch up job.

I use some stuff called "graffitti go" , it is an environmentally friendly remover, it works on all surfaces pretty well. If you used that and a pressure washer you would have no problems even on brick.
I cant remember where I got it from, do a google for it.
